- Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
- The return must be handled within the established period of 14 days after you received your order.
- To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging.
- Shipping is paid by the buyer, we do not reimburse return shipping cost due to our policy.
